93es300Boy

does anyone know how to take off the seats from an es300? I have a 93 es300 with seat heater, I was wondering whats the best way to take it out. DOes any wires from the seat heater have to be disconnected before I can remove the seats?? I looked for screws, but I just found screws to the outer panel coverings of the seat.
