Default Having options settings...

i wanted to know whether is it true that u can change some setting like the doors should lock when i shift from Park to Drive mode. and also it should unlock when i shift from Drive to Park mode. I wanted to know what are the list of setting so i know what are the possibilities. does any one have any clue what i m talkin about.

AFAIK, this setting is only applicable on the '02+ ES only. You have to go to the dealer to change these settings.

ignition controlled door locks are also possible with older models. I have them on my 96, with a compustar CM3000 v.3 based alarm.

After I press on the breaks when the car is running, the doors lock, they unlock after I turn the ignition to off.

It is very possible to add a relay or somthing from the shifter to the switch in the door that controlls all of the locks. That way you could shift, and lock or unlock. This is nice when you are dropping people off... Although my girlfriend has no problem unlocking the door to get out, so its all good...
