Front signal won't flash on outside-blinks fast in car-tail light blinks though
I have a 94 ES300.
I took off a headlight assembly to re-seal it after I had to get a dent fixed and the yellow turn signal / parking light fell on the ground.
I put it back in the socket and put them both back into the headlight assembly. When I tried to turned this signal light on (left), the light was clicking real fast on the inside of the car. The tail light was blinking fast but the front light that I drop does not blink at all. The strange thing is that the bulb is on though in the front. I see the yellow light on.
So I took out the bulb and socket on the left side and switched it with the bulb and socket on the right side. When I placed the bulb and socket on the left side (AND NOTHING ON THE RIGHT), the left side then blinked as normal and it was not fast. When I tried the right signal with no bulb or socket in it, it clicked fast. (I wanted to hear if the fast clicking was gone)
So then I put the original (LEFT socket and bulb in the right headlight assembly and it now does what it was doing on the left side. So the problem is on the right now. I feel more comfortable now having my left signal back in the front, but why am I not getting a blinking light in the front. All it is doing is blinking fast in the car and the tail light but just a light on in the front that doesnt blink. Does anyone know what is going on?
Thanks for any suggestions.

Go buy a new bulb. Something is wrong with the one you dropped. There is a certain load that is expected by the system to blink the front and rear bulbs. If that load is changed (like if there is no bulb or a burnt out bulb, there is less), the blinker will be fast.
