I have the aem cold air intake system so the filter is mounted right behind and above the vents in our stock bumpers. the type of intake you are talking about is called a short ram intake it sucks in hot engine air and the filter sits behind where the battery is.

thanks for the compliments

Looks good, may I ask why you select SPW and where you bought it from?

i bought an SPW for a 96 camry

and from ebay. $69 total

The air intakes dont really give you any horsepower. but your RPM response is much faster. I hit 4k rpm much faster.

whats funny is that it can be quiet and sleeping...then lay on the gas and you can hear me comming.
i really want a new y-pipe next....but im in the process of buying a new house. so toys have to wait.

Thanks, can you adjust the bar length? How many inches does it take from top of the bar to the lowest screw that hold the front strut mount?

How much height does it take, the difference between the highest point of the arch to the lowest point (where it mounts). I think it will fit into my RX300 but want to make sure I have room under the hood.
