I have adjusted my e-brakes before.
Ok... here's how I did it.
1) remove rear tires/wheels
2) Look at the rotor carefully and you should see a hole covered by a little plastic plug.

The Plug will be a brownish color.
3) Take that plug out
4) Rotate the rotor so that the hole is at the 6-0-clock position as shown in the picture. ( it must be at 6 0 clock position to loosen or tighten the e brake shoe pads
5) Use a flat screw driver to loosen or tighten the e-brake

I have forgotten which way was to tighten and to loosen... you'll have to figure out that part.

or you can tighten the cable that is on the ebrake handle itself. you got to take out the center console to get to the screws that tighten/loosen it.

THis is for rear wheels......use the flat head screwdriver and push the wheel downward to loosen.....upward to tighten.
