I searched thru the Forum and didn't see anything on how to replace the map light bulb (this is in that overhead cluster in front of the moon roof and above the rear view mirror of which also contains the moon roof switches). I tried without success prying the plastic lens out nor any luck with trying to pry the surround plastic frame loose. I was concerned I might break something. Would appreciate any help from you guys.
Also, the owner's manual only lists that as being a 10-watt bulb however there's no instruction on how to replace it. Thanks.

Use a small flathead screwdriver, such as one for jewelry repairs, and carefully pry off the plastic light cover at the notch cut-out(s). Not sure how many there are, but probably at least 2. I suggest wrapping the end of the screwdriver with tape so you don't risk scratching or bending the plastic trim surrounding the light cover. Once you get the cover off, you should directly see the map light bulb, which is held by 2 metal clips. Just push in one of the clips to reduce the holding pressure, and the bulb should be disconnected. Reverse the steps for installation. Good luck.
