Battery Jumping Disaster

The undeniable dumb happened to me the other day.
I needed a jump, or so I thought (It was actually a loose battery connector, but that's cause of my own idiocy...), so I was in the lot of a park with a friend and his little brother.
They whip out the cables, I do the positive of mine, tell him to put it on his positive, then I ground to my engine block and step back, tell him to clamp it on his negative annnnnd...
Fireworks!
Sparks flew, and my car was pissed.
So far the 100A alternator fuse was found broken, but the car still won't start.
Dash lights come on, all interior items except the CD changer and stereo work. Car will crank, but it seems like the fuel pump's not on.
Any idea on which fuse to try next? They all looked fine on inspection, but maybe a relay's been damaged or something else much more expensive?

Check the EFI fuses & EFI's main relay.

Turns out my mom had the car towed to a garage while I was at school a couple days ago.
I ended up paying $140 for them to just fix the main fuse. That SINGLE fuse. This is why I only work on my cars. A $90 tow and $40 shop fee, then they went ahead and somehow found a fuse for $9!
The kicker: They didn't even replace the fuse for the stereo.
So I did the stereo and alternator fuses myself, some monkey at the local garage rips apart the fuse box and does the main fuse, and I'm out $150. Damn.
