Loaner Cars?

Loaner Cars?
I am looking at the purchase of a 2001 ES300, and have a question about Lexus service and the overall experience.
What is Lexus' policy about loaner cars? Do they give Lexuses (Lexi?) or do they give out econoboxes like some other luxury brands do? Also, do they only give loaners for warranty work or can I get one for pretty much anything? (Infiniti gives loaners for anything, even on my 1995 G20t with over 150K on it).

My g/f's a mother got an ~`02 es330 as a loner when she brought in her LS430 for service a few months ago.
She actually kinda regretted buying her LS, because the ES was just as luxurious. Oh well its (LS) a nice car anyways.

My dealer only gives out loaners if you make an appt. for your car in advance. They have a limited amount, so I think it's random. In the past I've been able to get an IS300, RX330, ES330... and a Corolla.. lol

Our dealer is a Toyota/Scion/Lexus dealer, so they only loan out camry's even to the Lexus owners. The loaners are only given when there is a scheduled appointment, in our case, they drive the loaner down to our house (45 mins. away) and take the RX to the dealership.
