I bought a denso universal O2 sensor from ebay. Checked the heater resistance
and it is 5.4 Ohms. The manual says 11-16 Ohms. What you think? My guess is
that it is not that bad if the resistance is below the spec vs. above the spec, am I right?

The sensor must be at least 68 degrees for the 11-16 ohms.
At full operating temp of 1472 degrees it should read 23-32 ohms.
If it's not in spec it's bad!
