For starters...
I've posted on my last two accidents, both of which were less than a month apart. The second accident was much more serious than the first. Two days ago, I was hit yet again.
I don't know what it is, but I'm willing to say I'm the leader of accidents in the last three months on the forum! That's probably not a bragging right...
I've not been cited for any of them, they have all been on the rear of my car, and quite honestly I'm sick and tired of being hit! This accident came after not even having my car back for a week from the shop fixing it from the last accident!

It doesn't look bad. $1200-1800 & good as new. The rear bumper (Grey plastic cladding) is fairly easy to replace.
Metal part a really good body shop oughta be able to heat & pop out & re-shape it without creasing the metal. A so-so shop will most likely cut it off & weld a new piece on, or replace a big section of it.
Hey & remember, if you wern't backing up, there is next to no concieveable way it was your fault!
