Cool Valve Adjustments

I bought 1997 lexus at 98K miles . Now it has 120 K miles .

I have changed since then
1- timing belt
2- water pump
3-Spark plugs

ABOUT VALVE ADJUSTMENTS HERE ARE COMMENTS FROM DIFFERENT LEXUS DEALEARS

- One Lexus service guy told me that I should
- other Lexus dealer told me if you don't hear valve sounds then leave it
-and another one told me the valve don't need adjustment because the car has hydrolic lifters ( which i don't beleive )

******Now my question is should I go for valve adjustments or just wait until I hear the sound as told by one of lexus . I will appreciate any input
Thx
