Hey guys, can you help me out? The dealer wanted around $330 for just the pads!??! WTF!?? Anyway, could you reccomend me OEM pads that will make no noise, and is there a guide somewhere on how to change them? I found these at Tirerack, it says OEM but I'm not sure http://www.tirerack.com/brakes/brake...ads&perfCode=P
Thanks in advance!!

Check out Lexus OEM pads at irontoad.com ...
The replacement job is simple, remove the bottom 14mm bolt and pivit the caliper up and away from the pads, retaining the caliper up with a piece of coat hanger. . Be sure to clean and save the shim kits behind each pad. Use a little caliper grease on the back of the pads and shims to prevent squeeling. Also grease where the pads contact the calipers and the slider bolts. And don't forget to remove the squeel indicator from the inner front pad and install it on the new inner front pad. The rears are already attached on the new pads. Front 14mm bolts torque to 25 FT LB, Rears torque to 20 FT LB.

Sweet, thanks!! Also, the dealer said the ICV might be bad because sometimes you gotta crank the car more than once to start it. I know it's possible to clean it, but how much would it cost to replace, and do you know where I can find instructions on how to replace it? Thanks again!
