ES330 interior rattles

ES330 interior rattles
We have an 04 ES330 and there are a couple of rattles that are in the general interior cabin area of both of the columns separating the front seats from the back. If I didn't know better, I'd say that it is the rear door gaskets. Try as they may, the dealer cannot locate them. They hear them, acknowledge they are there but cannot locate them. The rattles occur at low speeds (under 25 MPH) even over speed bumps. They seem to be more pronounced in colder weather. They seem to occur whenever the body of the car is "flexed."
BTW, it is not the sunroof. That gasket has been replaced and there are no rattles occuring in that area of the cabin.
Does anyone else have this problem or experience?
Any help will be appreciated. If it weren't for this, I'd be totally satisfied with this car.

I'm surprised that your Lexus dealer didn't tell you about a TSB bulletin that was issued for your car for the rattles coming from the rear doors.
My dealer knew all about the fix, so I brought my car into service and within 1 hour they completely fixed it. No charge.
This is the number of the TSB: NV004-04 MAY 04 - Interior - Rear Door Trim Panel/Seal Rattles

Rattle fixed!
Everyone that has this rattle should know about this TSIB and show it to their dealer! They fixed ours with this information. It is sure nice to get our ES back again.https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/icons/icon7.gif

However, I must say that after 2 full years of exploration for this issue, I asked the dealer to research their TS files online and offline but apparently they never did! Quality control was left to us the consumer and that is not right for luxury car owners.https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/icons/icon9.gif
