The lighted pointers, in the instrument cluster of my 93 Lexus ES300, are all them off but one. Some idea about how have it fixed by myself?

I agree. You can't fix the lighted needles unless you repair it with LEDs or SMDs like what lextech does, or buy an entire new gauge face from Lexus at $$$. I'm coming from an SC so I am fully aware of this problem. I had my SC repaired by lextech. I now have a 94 ES300 and thankfully all my needles and lights are still working. When the needles crack and die I'll probably send it in to lexteeck to have LEDs put in them. For those that are not familiar, if you read lextechs site or posts he they made here in CL they explain why the lighted needles die. Also, if you have ever removed the needles yourself you can clearly see what the are talking about. They all will die eventually because of the design and contruction.
