yea def need to lower it but if u stay with the stock suspention u wont haven any problem but a big wheel gap, i know bc i had stock suspention when i first put my 20's on look stupid as hell.
to tell u the truth i acculy have a set of lowering spring that were on my 01 es for maybe 2 monthes before i baged it. they were a vogland 1.6 drop.

hey NJLEX20...im thinking bout lowering my car... when u lowered you car with the springs....did the wheels rub? did u replace the stock struts? or did u just kept the stock struts and just put springs on there? let me know... i wanna lower mines... what brand lowering springs should i get? thanks!

I Used The Stock Struts With The Springs, They Worked Fine Just Make Shure U Cut The Bump Stop Down So It Give U More Clearence. And The Rims Only Rub Almost At Full Turn But That Realy Dosent Matter Much. The Springs I Have Def Wont Work On A 96 I Think. The Spring Were Vogland I Thing They Rode Pretty Good. I Went With A 1.6 Lowering Spring I Probly Could Of Got Away With A 2", But Remember My Tires Are A 225/30/20 Realy Small!!!! Lol
