can someone help. i have an lexus 2004 es-330 v6. i bought a case of oil filters from lexus parts but can't get the oil filter wrench. they sent me to toyota parts and they showed me a 75-mm wrench but its a little loose. it will wround off the corners on my filter. i believe the rite size is 74-mm? can you please confurm this before i go and buy one on line. i think its 74-mm with 14 points.. toyota said they have to buy 6 at a time and will not.lexus can not sell me one. thanks so much....bob..

just go to autozone and get it, toyota has the same 1 but with a premium and just spin the filter on until it's snug and then give it a 1/4 to half turn and you should be able to get the filters off with your hand everytime

Seriously tho. Just buy a cap to go on a filter.

Mine is 74MM, From flat bend point across the cup to bend point. It's snug, so go for metal rather than plastic.
