I have a 99 es 300 with 67000 miles and showing signs a catylitic converter problem. Someone told me if it has under 80000 miles it is still under warranty, Does this hold true even if I am not the original owner ? Does anyone know ?

I belive its 50000 i called em not long ago about something can't remember and they said 50000 and mine just turned 52000 sucks

Warranty would be up anyway by now. It's 4 years/50000 miles with a 6 yr/70000 miles drivetrain warranty (both of which would be up by now), which I don't believe includes the converter.

Well now you can buy an aftermarket cat and look into a different exhaust system (think positive)
