Default how to remove black fender guards?

on my ES i have these plastic guards on my fenders where the wheels hit. how do i take them off?

if you actually look at them you will see they are held in by philips screws. take the following steps to remove them:

1.) unscrew

thats all.
keep in mind your fender is right there though...so you are only really taking a 1/16th off the clearance issue.
