Default plus zero tire sizing on '97 es

I probably could find this in past messages, but the search function wasn't working for me.

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with 215/60 size tires on the stock ES 15" rims. I'm considering my next set of tires and I would appreciate any input on issues like rubbing of the inner wheel well or anything like that. Thanks!

no, plust zero means changing the tire width without changing the tire profile height and therefore not changing the overall wheel diameter. Since the tire profile is 65% of 205mm in a 205/65 tire, mathematically 60% of a 215mm is very close to the same profile height, and therefore wheel diameter as well.

My question is: has anyone experienced tire rub with the increase in tire width?

3rdelement, what size tires do you use and do you experience any rubbing?

Cool

Plus zero isn't a term AFAIK. I've never heard of it. Just ask, "Who's put fatter than stock tires on the stock wheel". I doubt anybody's done it on an ES. You could try asking on a Camry website.

I'm ASE certified in stearing and suspension and I've used the term a number of times, but ok, sorry for confusing so many over semantics. Question rephrased:

Who has put fatter tires on their stock 15s and what, if any, rubbing conditions did you experience?

Cool

Rubbing? No. The only real question is will it fit on the rim.
