Have the police Investigate your rival school's student body, particularly rival team members?
Give the names of the eyewitnesses that saw the other kids from another school in your school. THeir names. They should be questioned by the police.
Its to early for us to conclude anything at this point. But given you and your fellow students sport teams were affected as a group. I can't help but think that maybe a rival school was involved? It just sounds like a rival school prank gone seriously twisted wrong.
If this is the case. I feel rather strongly that perpetrators will be easily caught. And they risk having their immediate life goals absolutely ruined because of this. Perhaps they didnt consider the consequences of a serious felony charge, possibly jail time, and possible removal of a bright future to whoever thought it was ok and funny to commit grand theft auto. They can say goodbye to whatever scholarships they may or may not have accrued going to college. I just hope they realize the seriousness of their action, and return their car to the rightful owner, if I were them id beg for mercy and more then compensate for any damages incurred.

There's not much for me to say that hasn't been said already, but I'll just say that I'm sorry to hear such a nice looking ES like yours happen to be caught in the wrong hands at the wrong time. I used to live in CT (Danbury to be exact), so having lived in Fairfield County for 4 years, I know how sketchy living in Bridgeport is like. Don't worry about hkbladelaw's incriminating comment; it has no bearing whatsoever with your situation. We all hate to be in a situation like yours, but it's important to go through it one step at a time. You're doing the right thing by contacting the local police and your insurance, and it's especially pleasant to hear that insurance will cover your loss. Keep in touch with them, and keep us updated with anything that's going on. Let us all know if you need anything; we're like family Best of luck.

Sorry DaveGS4 about the language , I just don't like thieves and haters putting someone down when they are having rough times. Maybe hkbladelaw wanted a lexus when he went to highschool. Good luck on the search(for the car and criminal) and keep us posted.

Dude..
I am so sorry about the loss you had... I am sure the Insurance company will definately get you a good offer on the car if not found within 30 days. They always pay well ( Not sure how is the case for a brand new car) but for a used car.. trust me you will be happy with the return buddy.. but I am hoping someone just took it for a joyride and the cops can track it soon... I am sure you will get her back.. sit tight and hope for the best. God Bless...

i had my car stolen about 2 year ago cause my dad left the spare key in a rental car and left the doors unlocked and my ES was right behind it. The police caught the drug dealer/theif about 3 days later and all my stuff ($1300 worth) was stolen and sold i guess, and worst of all the car was TRASHED!!!!! The guy went to jail for 18 month for grand auto theft and drug charges and he was ordered to pay for the damage and I havent received a penny yet from him/court so i am very pissed. oh yeah it will take he over 5 years to pay me back because of the stupid *** court orders!! well i hope you will get the car back and get a rental car for now and have fun with it (insurance pays for it)

actually, look on the bright side, hopefully they won't find it, and you can get a newer, better car. Cause the same thing happened to my uncle's legend, it was disgusting what they did to it, but he said driving the car was never the same....
