Default 99ES300, 22-23mpg

Sticker on the car says 19 city, 25 highway.

I get consistently between 22-23mpg average with 80% highway / 20% city with fueling with either regular or mid-grade.
I tried Sunoco 93 (Seems like all the Mobil places I go to have changed to Sunoco) the last two tanks and got 25mpg - not sure if it is due to the higher octane and/or reformulation.

I'm disappointed I can't get higher mpg - a fifth gear would have helped.

actually, i just changed the rear bank 02 sensor about 10,000 miles ago... so that's not it.
