Come to think of it, i don't think i need to buy coil springs, do i? I think I just need to replace struts and strut mounts and that should remove the clunk/thunk/squeaking sounds rite? My springs feels like its still in good condition.

I was just getting ready to write exactly that. Aftermarket springs would definitely have affected ride quality to varying degrees, no matter which brand you went with. Replacing the mounts and the struts should go a long way to resolving your noise issue. You may also want to check the lower control arm busings. These can cause noise too, as well as affect braking and handling.

How are the Eibach springs as far as the car sitting level? I'm thinging about switching to them because the springs I have now are just too low for the city. I want to make sure the front and back fender gap is even.

make sure you get aftermarket struts to replace your stock ones if you plan on getting the df210's. My stock shocks (had 50k miles on them) blew out after a month and I ended up replacing them with kyb gr2's. The gr2's with df210's give a slightly stiffer ride, but overall still smooth. This is coming from someone who drives 100+ miles a day through houston highways and downtown houston, which is notorious for potholes and bad roads.
