First off, 1995 ES300.
I bought the car at around 60,000 miles. Up until that point, the previous owner had performed al scheduled maintenance.
Car now has about 115,000 miles on it, but I haven't done any scheduled maintenance since buying the car (only fixing things that broke). I just graduated from college and am starting a real job, so I finally have money do some work on it.
Basically, the car is running fine, and I haven't had any real problems with it yet. I'm looking for advice as to what preventative maintenance I should do first. Here's the list of things I'm planning to have done in the near future:
Timing belt/water pump
Spark plugs
Flush transmission fluid
Flush brake fluid
New headlights
Is there anything critical that I should add to that?

What I would do first is call up the local service dept of your Lexus dealership and ask to have your service history pulled up. All Lexus dealerships maintain a national database of all service records done on a Lexus vehicle if brought into a dealership, so be ready to give them the VIN number. Once you have the latest service history for your car, you should then cross-reference any service items with those you have already put down like timing belt, spark plugs, etc. Most of those things don't need to be replaced until another 60K or 90K miles. Tranny fluid should be drained and refilled every 30K, air filter replaced once a year (or more if you drive in dusty or extreme conditions), and of course, oil changes every 5K miles (replace the oil drain plug gasket at every oil change to prevent leaks).
For your headlights, do they currently appear to be cloudy or hazed up? If so, a good application of Meguiar's Scratch-X or PlastX (which can be found in the auto detailing section of Wal-mart or Target) is all that's needed to clean out the haze and bring life back to your headlamps.

Well, like I said, I know that all of the scheduled maintenance was done on it before I bought it (at 60K), and then I haven't done any scheduled stuff since then. I've been changing the oil myself every 3,000, the air filters yearly, and flushing the engine coolant every 2 years.
I'm really just wondering what are the most important things to have done soon.

- Brake Fluid is overdue
- Power Steering Fluid
- Transmission Fluid
- Timing belt with water pump and coolant change ( around 120K miles)
(Have all engine and transaxle mounts inspected and alternator/pwr steering belts replaced)
- Spark Plugs
- Wiper blades
- Grease with white lithium the lock strikes in the doors; wipe clean any excess
- Oil with an extension spout all the hinges, including hood and trunk; wipe clean any excess
- Use rubber protectant on axle drive shaft CV boots, inner and outer.
