Default 97-01 Vitz vent shade visor Do these Work?

I recently ran across these for sale on ebay and wasn't sure how this would actually work on our window design. Can anyone tell me any info on these?

I highly doubt these window visors would fit in our ES, being that it has a frameless window design. Most likely just another Ebay seller with misinformation in his ad, hoping to make an extra buck

Yep this will not work . If you are really desperate to install it then install on car frame and every time you have to roll down your window to open and close the door . And then the next question will be how to roll the window up if you want to lock your car .

I had one of this in my previous car.. well it has 3M doublesided tape which sticks to your door frame.. hmm unfortunate for the old ES onwers.. but the immediate adv of using this was the reduced air sound when my windows are rolled down (not all the down) plus during winter, it helps the snow from falling into your door trims..

Maybe these are out there for a specific reason but this is what I have noticed..

I thought I may have seen another type of window vent visor likely on some Windom model, that was a very small profile, half the size of the one from ebay. I know somebody can pull out that pic somewhere. who makes it? and is it possible to get, or is it gonna cost an arm and a leg?

I realize this is bringing this thread from the grave but does anyone have any new info on where to locate window visors for a 97? I'm having trouble locating any. I saw a set on ebay a few months back but that was it. No luck since then. Thanks in advance.

I have yet to see anything for these cars. I would've considered a set... but again, the frameless door FTL! It'll hit the visors - unless they make them low-profile, but that defeats the purpose since i can see them being useless...

5 years later I still never found a set for the 3rd gen ES to buy, But I'm almost positive I've seen some windoms from japan with them on before maybe in the pics thread.

Yeah i've seen them on some windoms but I'm sure btheyre really rare and expensive. I really wish I could find that set that I saw on ebay a while back. They were only like $40. Not sure if quality or looks but I really like the functionality of them. I loved the jdm set I had with my old accord

They probably weren't even the right ones honestly. I don't even think any forum members here have it.
