You might want to replace the high pressure power steering hose. The hose is a common problem of overheating and low powersteering levels. The hose is hard to replace, it's not fun to fix either because it goes under and around the motor AND it costs a lot.

I'm not sure but I think you might have blown a head gasket, that's what happened to my 93, it happened out of nowhere, I cranked up my car, the tempature gauge shot up to the top, but I wans't paying attention and steam came out from under the hood and anti freeze was coming out of the muffler, the lexus dealership knew what it was before I even finished my story, but I put in a new motor 2 weeks ago

Was the cooling system purged with the heater at full, allowing it to properly fill it's core?
Has the radiator cap been replaced recently? A weak cap seal will overflow under pressure in otherwise normal condictions.

Does the reservoir fill itself with coolant, causing it to overflow?
When the ES is cooled, removed the radiator cap to insure the radiator tank is full. If not, pressure is building into the system due to a possible hose leak or leaking inner rubber cap seal, allowing air into the system. This displaces the coolant, pushing it into the reservior.
Use distilled water to top off the radiator, if necessary.
