Nice, clean look to it, now let the modding begin. Something about those particular rims on that car kinda throw it off for me. Not sure if I like it, but definately don't hate it. Maybe if windows were tinted a little darker. Oh well, just my opinion. Should not count for much. This is your ride, and it looks good. Will be interesting to see what you come up with.

Looking good and I like the color of the car. I noticed you have the rims from the SC 430 on your ES. I think it looks good. I have a 1996 ES 300. I should have waited for a few more months way back in 1996 and I should have purchased the 1997 MY. I can't complain about my ES. I love her. She's got over 256K miles and runs great...

Nice color man, and of course I like the choice of wheels on it. The suspension drop should give you a factory-like comfortable ride, yet you'll feel more bumps on the road. I see that you also have the clear corner lamps, very cool
What's next on your mod list, maybe some '00-'01 tailights to complete the look?

hey guys, thanks for the kind words. i love how the car handles with the new suspension. there's much less body roll. i chose the tein springs because i noticed that the stock springs leave a lot of gap in the front and the tein springs lower it more in the front. i have 5 mm spacers on the rear and i had to roll my fenders as well. i actually like my pot pie caps because my brother has a gs400 on work euroline dh's and i love the look.
i would love to get some 01 tails but they're so pricey. and the color is nice but the paint is in terrible condition. the previous owner scratched it up all over the place and used touchup paint on just about every panel. not to mention the front end covered in rock chips from the 200k miles it has gone through. that drop might have been my last mod since i'm a poor college student and i just wanted something cool to get to school and back in.
on a unrelated note, does anyone know how to remove that nasty pinstripe? i got most of it off but some areas just won't rub off.
thanks for the kind words!

Chris, how are those springs in comparison to your factory ride quality? I'm about to get my set next week,
The thing I hate about the factory ones is that that sag so much. Because I have a sub/amp in the trunk it sags my rear a lil bit and I'm wondering if the Tein S- Tech will solve this or not. Are they that much more stronger vs. the OEM springs? How do they handle bumps in the road? And did you get that TRD read Sway/front strut brace setup as well?

Sorry for all the questions but how hard was it to have the fenders rolled? Mine haven't been rolled yet and I'm running the Sc430s on OEM hardare with no drop as of yet....
I guess what I'm trying to ask is was it necessary to have them rolled so they don't rub after you put on those Tein S Tech lowering springs?
