Spoiler for an 01 es300

Where can I get a rear spoiler for an 01 ES300 and how much can I expect to pay for it and the installation?

Another option is the OEM lip spoiler for the BMW M3/M5. A member here (bumfighter) bought one from Ebay and installed it to his '97 ES. Looks great, and I'm sure it will look just as nice on your '01 ES

I'd suggest getting a spoiler from an '00-'01 Toyota Camry. It's a direct fit IIRC and looks really good.
