Nope, won't work with that key since they have a different receiver in the car vs. the key.

I paid $7600 for my '98 ES300 and it only had 72,000 miles. She's in great condition.
Also if you do change out the steering wheel with the OEM wood grain would you post how you did it and where you got the part. I'd love to do that to mine.
