Just drove into TJMax parking lot and stopped, car started to shake and then CEL came on. I tried to shut down the car and waited for several minutes then restarted the car. Same thing here, car shaked and CEL on/flashing.

Car has about 100k mileage and just had a 90k tune up in Toyota dealer (no spark plug change though... ).

Any suggestion of the shaking problem is appreciated.

Sounds to me that your transmission is not functioning properly. Did you check your tranny fluid? If it's black or dark greyish, that's the problem; the fluid needs to be completely flushed out and refilled. If you can try under the circumstances, get your car over to Autozone or Advance Auto Parts and get your CEL error code read for free. That will tell you what exactly is wrong with your car.
