The first readings are very close to being a short or zero ohms, so set your meter to it's lowest resistance setting. Mine is 2 ohms,full scale, for example

The next heater reading (Bank1-Sensor 2) would use the 200 ohms full scale

It has been reported on this forum that an open or infinity reading indicates the sensor is defective.
