Is there any good site to buy parts ?
Also, a good site to buy performance upgrades, well not upgrades, like lowering springs or so? body kits etc?

Check our vendor marketplace where our CL vendors offer group buys.

www.l-tunedparts.com, www.tmengineering.net, www.d2autosport.com also carries some OEM stuff www.lexus-parts.com (CL members get 10% discount)

As mentioned above, www.lexus-parts.com is a great place for OEM parts (they are the web branch of Sewell Lexus). L-tunedparts.com can also get you those parts, but they don't have many of them listed on their website; you'll need to call.

They are a Lexus dealer and a Toyota dealer that specializes in Lexus parts. They carry EVERYTHING replacement. Just call them if you don't see it.

Try ebay, but many 'bargain' kits will require substantial bodywork to get them to fit (or fit poorly).

There aren't many of them for the ES, so they aren't often offered in our vendor GB forum.

Check the ES classifieds on CL, they come up used from time to time there.
