Default 2000 ES HELP with Clock please

HI, my clock died in my 2000 Es, how do I get it out without damaging the console?

Also, anyone have a clock they wouldnt mind me taking off there hands

Does no body know how to take out the clock here???????

You can pull the dash vent straight out. there's going to be two plugs (hazard and clock) just unplug them. The clock is simply clipped on the vent, carefully unclip the clock.

SO I dont have to use any tools just pull it right out? no clips or anything?

To pry out the dash vents, just get yourself a screwdriver (with the end taped to prevent from cracking the plastic vents).

Its probably because you car is still a "virgin" and like lexusk8 stated you might have to use a taped flat head screwdriver and pry it out.

No other way bro, but you can try prying it out by the 4 corners of the dash vent. For better cushioning with the screwdriver, you may try inserting a thin piece of cardboard paper.
