I can't fathom the thought... Is the bulb really missing (meaning someone might've taken it)?

In any case, you can go to http://www.xenondepot.com and shop around for a set of 4100K Philips bulbs.

I think that as long as it's the same size it will work.

If they don't, I have my stock d2r's that I will let go cheap. I put in PIAA 5800k super cobalt blues a few months back. Very satisfied.

I haven't tried anything with the parking lights.
You will be hard pressed to find fogs to match very close.
Over the years I have tried:
1. PIAA Xtreme White (~4300k)
2. Sylvania Sylverstars (~4000k)
3. PIAA Super Plasma GT-X (5800k)

none of which give me a blue hue even close to the HID. To solve matters and actually apise my satisfaction, I opted for the PIAA Ion Cyrstal and went for yellow. I like that look much better and it halted my need to match HID to H3 bulbs.

As for taking out the bulbs, it is a tight fit. The battery must come out in order to get behind that one. Do that side first as the removal of the battery opens up much space so that you can see.
Remove the cover by turning it 1/4 of a turn and then pull out. Be careful as there are wires attached so it won't come very far. Push in the silver terminal cap on the bulb and turn. It then pulls off. Then undo two spring clips. The bulb can then be withdrawn carefully. NOTE THE ORIENTATION OF THE BULB, BLACK STRIPE AND IGNITOR IN THE BULB. You will have to insert the new one in the same orientation as the old one came out. (Ok, I just realized that you don't have bulbs in there. Insert the bulb so the ignitor is on the bottom and black stripe in on the top.) Secure the two clips, replace the cap, replace the cover. Do the other side the same way. It is a tight squeeze but can be done. I got large hands and I was able to do it.

when i went to see the side that did not have a bulb, i dont remember seeing a cap.... i saw the first thing with the wires that u 1/4 turn, then it was open with the wires and the "harness" for the hid. thats it! i assume thats what u meant. btw. i just tried to put the harness thing on with no blub. theres no room to do this! im screwed! now when you put the harness thing attached to the hid into the housing.... what am i doing wrong? do i have to turn... put it in side ways and turn..... im so lost and i have HUGE hands and nothing working.
