Yes the will fit . I've seen 8.5 +35's ..........so 8.5 +43 will be ok.

they will fit without any trouble or modification?
also do you think i can ride on them for awhile before upgrading brakes shocks and strus?

no mods will be nedded. as long as you stick to 225/40/18 tire.....or better yet 215/40/18

riding on them on stock suspension should not be a problem.
