This question has been raised WAY too many times, more than I can count. You have 3 options for the tailights:
1) Ebay
2) Check the ES300 Classifieds section (URL)
3) Go to your local junkyard or salvage yard, and your treasure just may be found there.

Sorry about buggen, I'm new and was unaware this was such a repetitive question. But I do have some good news. I found a smoken deal on my tail lamps $530 
I went to www.automotix.net. registered my info and they found them in a week. It was still a hard part to find. All 4 lights came from different junkyards and different locations around the us. Before and after pics will be soon to come.
