Welcome HOK,
We ask you only create one thread about a particular topic; I'm going to merge the three you started into the same post.
I would also advise that we do not allow sales, links or posts with any sort of advertising or solicitation unless you are an approved Club Lexus sponsor / vendor. I'm editing one of your posts to that effect - please take a few moments and read our forum rules.

Welcome to CL HOK!
I think you may have truly sacrificed the overall ride quality when running staggered 20s on your ES. Not to say that you have a bad ride but when people go over the top by putting 20s on their ES, they completely miss the idea of the ES not being designed to ride on such a setup due to its stock suspension specs, FWD capability, etc. However, there is one member (HoeBag) who used to have a '97 ES with 19's and a staggered setup. You may want to PM him on ideas on how to continue with your current setup without major issues down the road.

HOK,
In the summer I run 235/40-18s and they hit the inside of the fender wells when I hit some big dips in the road, especially with 1 or 2 adults in the back.
you got two options with the 255s: cut or flare your fender wells.

you are prolly rubbing in the rear where the strut is. what is the wheel width and offset in the rear?
If the rear is 8.5-9 try running 245/35/20 and/or get spacers with extended wheel studs.I would lower your car if you are going to put any wheels on it, the front wheel gap is just way too huge. I got an ES330 with 19" Axis Mod Maxxis Lip wheels lowered. About to switch out for some 20's.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the advice. I have 9.5 in the back and 8.5 in the front. Im running very aggressive on this ES330. the car actually rides the same as the stock 17's i shaved and cut the inner wheel well its not hitting the strut but hitting about 2 inches of the inner back bumper. imma try to shave that and hope it solves it! if this doesnt work ill have to shave the inner rim or go with 245's in teh back but the 255's is already my 2nd set of wheels at $350 a tire its a little much. spacers i was told no spacers were avalible for this year suspension . any one know of a place or know if this will kill the ride?

Smaller wheels, smaller sidewall. 20's imo are unecessary. You get the same look with 19, not so much 18's but you have a much wider angle on which wheels you can buy not to mention will be less along with tire suggestions.

19's are too small. i have 19's with a wider rear lip and it just doesn't fill it all in right. my car is lowered too.
