Question License Plate Bulb Replacement Task - Question

Before I remove the entire taillight assembly, is there some super secret, super easy method for changing out the license plate illumination bulbs without removing the taillight assembly? I hate how many nuts you have to remove to get those things off!

Performed a search for this in this forum and got "Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms."

Thanks in advance!

Lightbulb

Oooookay. No answers yet, so I'll answer me since I've completed the task and in case someone has the same question and performs a search. On the 2nd gen ES (mine's a 92) you must remove the entire tail light assembly to replace any of the bulbs, including the license plate illuminator bulbs. They are 168 type bulbs.

Thanks, Slooooooow!

Now I can go back to the inspection station and pass my inspection.
