ALT 100 amp fuse replacement

How do I replace the 100 amp fuse in the engine compartment? The guy at the parts store said it unscrews. It looks like the 100 amp and the 2 smaller cartridge fuses sit in a base that is separate from the fuse block. All help will be appreciated.

I dont think it unscrews. I had to do it once, dont ask.

Do I have to take out the entire fuse block?

is this the fuse for the amp associate witht the radio. if so i might of blown mine cause i'm not getting any power from my radio. where can i find this fuse?
