Buying New Es300, Advice
Im going to be purchasing a 1992-1994 es300 with less than 125k on it pretty soon, and I was wondering if there were any years that I should avoid, common problems to the car that I should check for. I did some research and for some reason is seemed like the 1993 had a much higher cost of operation? Did I read wrong, or is this true? Any advice would be great, I do a lot of long distance driving and need something that is comfortable and RELIABLE. Thanks ahead of time guys.

Hey, thanks a lot.. that weak auto Trans worries me a little.. the whole reason was/am going to get a lexus is reliability, i don't have the money to be spending to fix a car.. as my weekend car is expensive as hell and my daily driver is getting to be expensive.. would a 5speed be a better alternative? ( I perfer a 5 speed, but for some reason it doesn't seem right in an es300) since there is a guy right near me coincidently that is selling a 5speed. Thanks again, and any other info/advice would be great.
