I have a 1996 ES300
-Its leaking tranny fluid, its not overfilled, every 2 to 3 weeks i have to add a quart.
-I've taken out the air box and all the tranny fluid is on top of the tranny like a pool, literally.
-I've checked all the basics, pan, axle seals, hoses.......
-Maybe im not looking at the right hoses? Thats my only guess where the oil would just end up on top of the tranny.
Any help would be appreciated

I found it and fixed it.
If you follow the ground wire fromt he battery it goes to a bolt near the head but still on the tranny. That bolt is one of many that holds a top pan, which has a gasket. I siciloned the gasket and changed to a 2 gauge ground (pretty big). Everything is back to normal, plus changing the ground was a great idea while i was at it (barely any dimming, starts clea,....).
