I have a 94 es 300 and a few weeks ago the A/C and Head Unit started to intermittenly shut off and then come right back on. Lately it started to do it all the time every couple minutes, sometimes coming right back on sometimes not coming back on for 15-20 minutes (which is a real pain the a@# considering i live in florida, my wife is pregnant and its pretty hot with no A/C, so if i dont fix it im never gonna here the end of it). Today the CD player (changer in the trunk) shut off and would not come back on, the radio still works although it shuts off intermittenly like before , but no CDs, and the A/C is being even more finicky than before. I have searched everywhere for an answer to this problem (including this forum while im at work) and havnt found an answer, if anyone can help me with this Ill really appreciate it

Ground unit is bad??

Have the battery and body to engine ground wires checked for a clean and tight connection. This includes the main connection of the negative battery wire to the body behind the battery base. Insure it is free of corrosion.
