Question HID Install Leveling Motor not Connected? PICS

I'm ready to do my HID install on my 97 but I have one problem I ran into trying to figure out how to level my Reflector housing inside since the motor in the back is not connected to level the inside reflector. I'm not sure where the best placement of the reflector would be all the way up? down? middle?
I would like to get them both even and at proper height.
Anyone have any suggestions what I can use inside the housing to adjust or firmly level it?
I do have the motors but I'm not sure what the pin config is to extend the motor arm out to reach the housing?
I want to make sure I do the proper leveling before I install if possible
Thanks for any Help

Motor not Connected

Reflector ALL the way DOWN

Reflector ALL the way UP

looking at the pics, im assuming that you are talking about the drl/highbeam reflector bowls. if i remember correctly, you can access them once they are installed. there are manual screws to adjust them. you will not be able to use the motors unless you also have the sensors, computer, and shock/struts installed.
i have installed the factory 00-01 hids on my 97 as well, and just left the self leveling motors alone. i adjusted the hids myself with the screws located on the back of the headlight assembly, actually quite complicated if you didnt cut out part of the radiator support.

The Problem is the botom of the bowl no longer is connected to anything including the motor which I assume would hold it in place. Without that motor connected, the bowl, or reflector inside is loose and not secure in 1 position, what I am trying to figure out is how to secure it, with the motor or without.
Thanks for the input though.

to be quite sure, i honestly dont remember looking at it that much in depth, but it sounds like to me, the manual adjusting screw has been unscrewed so much that it is no longer connected, because i was able to adjust both reflector bowls with the screws on the back.
