Default ES Repair/Service Manuals for Billing

Somebody told me about a Lexus service/repair manual that gives approximate labour costs/hours per job. I'm not sure what the exact name for this item is but that it shows such information. I guess this is what the dealers use to calculate a bill for service visits and repairs. Does anybody know if these manuals are available online anywhere? Or where I could find such a manual? Please let me know if you've heard of such a book/CDROM. Thanks for the help. Sorry if the post is a little vague, I could be talking about two different manuals, not sure

The information you have requested is Lexus internal proprietary information, not released into the public domain.

It's in a software program, not a manual.

The only reason I posted this topic, is that I have actually seen it in the 'public domain' before. I just didn't know what the manuals/software were called and where I saw it. I figured that if I could find out, or someone on CL could find out, that it would be helpful information for owners when going to the dealers for service visits.

Default 'Crash Book' pages

Well I came across the name of the manual/book where this type of information is held. I believe they call it a 'crash book' / 'collision guide'. I'll post the links where I found the info. Read down and it tells you a little about the information..."These sheets contain a vast amount of useful information about your vehicle including the factory (OEM/Dealer/Manufacturer) part numbers, prices, illustrated diagrams of parts, assemblies and labor times". I'm going to try and get a hold of these pages and if I do successfully, I'll post a source on CL.
