Hey all,

I'm new here. I bought a used 1997 ES 300 a month ago, low miles and it runs great but it didn't have the CD changer...so i can't listen to CDs

I was wondering if I needed to get the Lexus brand CD changer or if i could get a 3rd party one? Does this go in the glovebox or were there models where it went in the back...maybe i'm not looking hard enough but i can't see that there is enough space for it in the glove box.

my 98 didn't come with a cd player either and i had pioneer 6 disc changer installed into my glove box. Fits easily and also allows some splace to store sunglasses, etc.

What model do you have?
