removing antenna connection

I got a 96' ES and the antenna/motor was replace once but it malfunctioned again. I am planning to cut some wires to just disable the antenna motor. does anyone know or tried this and could possibly give me some tips on what you did to disable it

Just unplug it. Remove the inner side panel to find the connection.
