Default Washer Fluid help

Help!!! I have just purchased a 1994 ES-300. I just filled up my washer fluid because it is snowing and I though the fluid was out. I filled it up and it still does not work? Is there a fuse for this? I looked under the dash and there is a fuse for the wipers but not the fluid? Is this something that goes out after a while?

Thanks in advance!!!!

First, make sure your spray nozzles aren't clogged. You can test this by pulling off the hose under the hood(either left or right), then activate the pump on the steering wheel pod. While doing this check to see if the liquid pumps out of the hose. If it does, then the nozzles are clogged.

in addition at amf's suggestion, have someone stand next to the washer jug. Activate the washer by the switch on the steering column. See if you can hear the pump motor working.

The 2002 ES has a separate fuse for the washer (position 55, 15 amp) so I would assume the 94 should.

Default Thanks guys

I have tried to unclog the tips, they look good. I will try and see if the pump is weorking today. Is the fuse for the wipers the same for the pump? is it expensive to replace the pump?

Thanks again!!!

I can say that on the 02 ES, the wiper motor and washer are two separate fuses.

The washer pump is less than $30 online. here
