My headlights on my 94 es300 dim when i hit the break or use the window switches. My battery is fine and I put in a new alternator. I do have a 1000 watt amp and 2 12" subs, but the lights dimmed even before i put those in and still with the systems off.

You'll need to remove the battery to access the chassis and engine ground connections. Insure they are clean and tight.
Check for a voltage drop across the battery with a good digital voltmeter, when they dim.

my 95 es does the same thing. i have an escort x50 radar detector and it shows a good 1-2 volt drop sometimes more... when i brake or use window switches... i think mainly braking is because of the lights in the back or something.. this thing is getting old D:

yeah i had the voltage checked when i had my old alternator and it would drop a lot when the lights turn on and then more when anything is used. the new alternator made the issue a little better but didnt do much. I'll check the ground connection. thanks for the responses
