Like any other engine.
Drain the pan, put the pan bolt back in, remove & replace the filter (hand tight & then add a 1/4 turn), refill the oil.
If you really wanna get on it. Flush the oil right before you change it.

Oil change is probably one of the easiest and most important DIY tasks you can do on your car. With the right tools and jack stands or ramps, you can get it done on your driveway or parking lot within 30 minutes. Make sure you take some time to drain all of the old engine oil out of the pan. Also on your 2000 ES, take note that the oil filter is located underneath the exhaust manifold, which is extremely hot after the car is shut off so make sure to wear something long-sleeve so that you don't burn your arm when accessing and removing the oil filter. Get yourself a handy generic filter wrench (about $5 at the local parts store) to take the filter off. Do not apply a huge amount of torque when putting back the oil drain plug and the new oil filter. Hope these tips help out

In addtion to what has already been posted, here is the best trick to avoid a mess. The filter is angled down so when you take it off some oil inevitably spills out.
Take a 20oz, plastic soda bottle and cut the top off about 3/4 the way up (right above the wrap around label). When the motor/manifold has cooled, slip this down in between the back of the radiator and the side of the engine block. There should be a drain spout type of attachment on the side of the engine block just under the filter. Hook the upper edge of the soda bottle under this spout to help hold it upright as the oil drains in. The bottle is only going to fill about a 1/4 of the way but at least you have caught it and not the driveway. Loosen the oil filter and thread it almost off. As the oil drains out it will spill into the spout and run down into the soda bottle. Let the filter drain for a couple of minutes. Then stuff a rag down there to catch any further drips when you actually withdraw the filter. Unscrew the filter totally and with your fingers manipulate it so the threads are facing up and then you will be able to just pull it right up and out of the engine bay. Take a rag or paper towel and wipe around the threads of where the filter screws in.
Also remember to apply a thin film of new oil on the gasket of the new filter before threading it on.

I don't know if this photo is helpful. I know we share similar 1MZFE engines (ES300 and RX300) but this was a photo I took last Saturday when modifying my exhaust. Note the location of the oil filter.
