Cheap ways to make my car nicer, any suggestions?

fishtank.....es 300 windows? lol i don't get it.
1. tint windows.
2. paint calipers and lexus caliper sticker $15
3. leather re-dyeing kit $100
4. Add led footwell lighting and led ignition light. $6
5. Replace all bulbs in car to led $30
6. silverstar headlamps/clear corners $30
7. Chrome tinted turn signals $20
8. speaker upgrades
9. led cluster backlighting
10. Detail your car...have the carpets shampoo'd/take random parts out and cleaning them/polish all scratches out of clear coat etc..
