So I've had this car a little over a year and I've noticed that the tailights are always foggy and it looks like its been raining in there, its never bothered me but I'm looking to fix my car up and wanted to get that taken car of. Whats the problem?

I figure that Michigan is a pretty wet place. You have condensation in your taillight.

The gasket that seals the lens to the body of this unit is probably dried up and allowiing moisture to enter. When I had my 1994 ES, I brought the car to my Lexus service and they replaced the whole unit, but at the time the car was still under warranty, I doubt whether you can get a replacement for the gasket. You can try disassembling your lens and use a silicon sealant all around the old gasket.
